Seven days to raise a request. Keep the tags on, keep it unworn, and we will keep it clean.

7days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Refunds
Yeseligible returns can be refunded after QC.
Pickup
Paidreturn shipping is covered by us.
Accepted
Original tags, unworn condition.
Items are accepted only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Not accepted
Worn or sale pieces.
Worn items, washed items, damaged-through-use items, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Size swaps depend on stock.
Exchange requests are accepted within the return window, subject to size and product availability. Limited drops may sell out before an exchange is processed.
Refunds
Refund after quality check.
Refunds are processed once the returned item reaches us and clears quality inspection. Timelines can vary by bank or payment method.
Condition
Try it, do not wear it out.
Please try products indoors and keep them clean. Perfume, stains, missing tags, or visible wear may lead to rejection during quality check.
